Returns, Refunds, Damage or Loss

Returns & Damaged Items

Returns are only accepted for bears/animals that have been damaged in transit, damages must be reported by email [email protected] within 48 hours from receiving the bear/animal, the damaged item must be returned back to Barney Bears, via a 'Signed For' postal service. You will receive a refund for the bear and return postage cost by Paypal, or bank transfer, only when the bear has been received back for evaluation, and that it has been decided that the bear has been genuinely damaged during transit, you will be refunded asap but must allow for up to 14 working days from when the bear/animal has been received back for evaluation for a refund to be sent.  Please note that all efforts are made with the packaging of each bear/animal to ensure a safe delivery.

Each bear/animal are illustrated as clearly as possible with lots of close-up photos, and a detailed description listing size, colours, materials etc which I believe should be sufficient information when deciding to adopt a bear, if you require any further information before adopting a bear please contact me with your questions at this email address [email protected] 

Refunds & Loss

Refunds are not issued for any other reason than that of the bear/animal being damaged in transit (see info above), or lost in the post. Please visit www.royalmail.com for information regarding claiming for lost or delayed post.  You may be given the option of the same bear/animal being made again instead of a refund if desired, this option is only possible if the same materials are still available, and please note that the option of having a credit against a different bear/animal is not possible under these circumstances.
